SAN Parks Mopani Rest Camp

The pervasive Mopani tree found in the Pioneer Dam area of Kruger National Park lends both its aesthetic and its name to this primary rest camp. 

Huddled against and overlooking the banks of the dam, visitors can take advantage of the winter trend for park animals to move towards water sources as they migrate towards the dam's edge, providing excellent viewing opportunities.

For those event coordinators who would like a change of scenery for their conferences and events, Mopani Rest Camp conference facilities are capable of hosting up to 300 delegates and are divided into a series of rooms.
