• Complete and submit the Plan Your Event Form.
• Provide as much detail about your requirements as possible.
• Once we receive the form, we will activate the team to source and price the most suitable options for your event type.
• Within 24 to 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the brief, we will forward you a detailed Event Resources Plan containing recommended:
  • Venues
  • Event Services: e.g. AV, Décor, Transport, Entertainment, Speakers...
  • Event Products: e.g. Gifts, Promotional Clothing, Signage...
• From the ERP, select the preferred options and advise us.
• We will then confirm the various bookings on your behalf and then place you in direct contact with the vendors for finalisation of contracts or
• We will act as your appointed centralised administrative agent for purposes of invoicing and other event administrative services.
