Doctor Riaad Moosa is an award-winning comedian, presenter, writer and actor; and happens to be a qualified medical doctor as well! Riaad released 2 comedy specials in early 2019. Starting the year with a bang, Riaad’s first Netflix special ‘Why do you talk the Way You Do?’ was released on the global Netflix event ‘Comedians Of The World.’ The special of his most recent comedy tour ‘Life Begins’ was also released in March 2019 to critical acclaim. Riaad is also in the process of producing the world’s first funny medical educational show ‘The Best Medicine”, in which he utilises humour to communicate important and practical health promotional information. He is also currently touring his latest comedy show “Not A Nice Guy” nationwide. Riaad, is one of the country’s most popular and acclaimed funnymen with a style all his own, is known as “the Comedy Doctor”, and he certainly seems to have the remedy for the nation’s ills at the moment: a healthy dose of laughter, straight up – hold the aspirin.
