Bev is a  Conversational Catalyst, Strategic Facilitator and Interactive  Presenter who uses conversational strategies and technologies, to stimulate dialogue,  interaction and engagement resulting in actionable strategies for the future.   Her positive energy in the room draws people into the conversation.

She uses her 20 plus years in strategy, learning design, leadership, coaching conversational intelligence to build trust,  accountability and inclusive leadership into every conversation.  Her master's research work on interactive engagement in the virtual environment makes her well placed to advise on this new world of work. This approach puts delegates at the centre of the action where they use their technology to be part of the conversation in real-time, to ask courageous questions, give feedback and participate in a fun and interactive experience.
