RTG Zimbabwe Destination Experience

 

EON in partnership with Rainbow Tourism Group, are delighted to be able to offer our members an opportunity to experience a 3 night Destination/Venue Experience which will include a visit to Rainbow Towers Hotel and the new Ambassador Hotel in Harare and then a two night visit to A' Zambesi River Lodge at Victoria Falls.

Please note the following important information before expressing your interest to attend.

1. You must be considering Zimbabwe as a destination for an upcoming event.
2. Only four members and their partners will be confirmed to attend this Destination Experience.
3. You must have a valid passport.
4. Although we have negotiated special air fares, all flights and relevant airport taxes will be for your (or your companies) account.
5. Flight and taxes as follows:
   • Fare: R4167.00 per person (Excludes USD65 cash airport departure tax)
     
   • USD15 per person (Cash) on departure from Harare airport)
   • USD50 per person (Cash) on departure from Vic Falls.
6. All accommodation, meals and transfers are complimentary. All drinks and extras unless otherwise indicated are for your own account.
7. Once you are confirmed to attend the experience, we will confirm your flight details.
8. Attendance of this Destination Experience is at your own risk.

• Arrive at Harare International Airport Fast Jet, 10h30
• Transfer to the Rainbow Towers Hotel x 5 Rooms
• Check In at the Rainbow Towers Hotel (Res Number to be advised)
• Refreshments at Rainbow Towers
• Site Inspection Of Rainbow Towers Hotel & Conference Centre
• Site Inspection Of New Ambassador Hotel
• Dinner at the Pool Area at 19h00 with Entertainment Rest of the Evening at Leisure

Friday (Victoria Falls):    7 July 2017                    

• Check out from the Rainbow Towers hotel and fly to Victoria Falls
• Friday (Victoria Falls):                         
• Arrive at A’Zambezi River Lodge x 5 Rooms
• Check In (Res Number to be advised)
• Site Inspection of the A`Zambezi River Lodge
• Dinner at Amulonga Restaurant
• Overnight at A’Zambezi River Lodge

Saturday 8 July 2017                                        

• Breakfast at A’Zambezi River Lodge
• Transfer to Victoria Falls Rainbow
• Site Inspection of the Victoria Falls Rainbow
• Tour of The Falls
• Lunch at Leisure
• Activities at Leisure
• Dinner at the Victoria Falls Rainbow Hotel)
• Overnight at A’Zambezi River Lodge
